My Idea of AI with HRM


  • Artificial Intelligent in Human Resource Management improve employee productivity.

  • It has ability to analyses, guess, identify and become a more talented resource while focusing on employee needs and results.

  •  But Some challenges in that AI in HRM like privacy, talent gap, maintenance, integration capabilities, or limited recognized applications.

  • But exercising proper caution while deploying AI services will solve unnecessary issues.

  • AI systems must be managed carefully by finding reliable learning data sets, using the right execution approach, looking for clearly, reducing favoritism, and considering accidental outcomes.

  • But still AI has not sensitive feeling like human therefore AI can not understand human pains and difficulties. for the example one applicant come to the interview that person got late for the interview because of heavy traffic in coming road. AI interview board rejected that applicant because late attendance. But if it is a Human interview board can explain situation and take little excuse for the late come.
